Dear Members,

Following yet another lockdown we continue to face financial pressure and to use club reserves.  Currently there is no prospect in the short-term of a return to normal business and I am reluctantly having to urge you all to make starting your membership payments a priority if you haven’t already done so.

Once we return in December, I am going to ask coaches and administrators to check memberships for those who wish to keep training.  By the end of the month we need everyone who turns up on training nights to have started their membership payments.  It is only fair that the club committee supports those who are supporting us.  Choosing not to pay when others are is simply unacceptable.  Even though we can’t play matches at the moment we still have to pay our fixed costs, insurances, floodlighting and many of our regular bills.  To do this we need you, our members to help.

If you are suffering genuine hardship, please talk to myself, Chris Knight or Dusty Hare who may be able to make some arrangements with you.

Thanks and let’s keep working together

All the best

Paul (Johno) Johnson, Club Chairman
